CIDEC as a World Class Distance Education Institution Providing Nontraditional Formal E-Learning Services to People in All Walks of Life with Special Choices of Interest, in Response to the Domestic and International World of Work.
Deliver globally nontraditional formal distance modular e-learning system in the elementary, secondary, tertiary, graduate and post -graduate programs / projects / activities, to turn out quality graduates with special choices of knowledge, information, values, attitudes and multiple inteligence-based skills performances acceptable in the world of work.
1. Archieve a self-fulfilling independently learned knowledge, informations, values, attitudes and lifelong multiple intelligence-based skills performance of people with special choices of interest, as an attainment of their dreams, in response to the domestic and international demands in the world of work, either on their own ways of endeavor or employment in industries.
2. Administer effective/efficient admission system and credential evaluations of students in the program and subjects ot their special choices as to time, pace and space of distance e-learning system.
3. Facilitate effectively/efficiently a home-based or industry-based distance e-learning system through the independently self-paced online modular lessons/instruction, thus overcoming barriers to equitable access to education and better life.
4. Institutionalize curriculum-based modules construction, updating subject content, construction of effective test items and corresponding printing as a way of impowering teachers and students' self-paced progress in CIDEC.
